Earlier this year, the web site http://www.doctorsknow.us/ created a firestorm when it published the names of medical malpractice plaintiffs, plaintiff attorneys and plaintiff expert witnesses on the web. Should physicians be able to view the public records of those that have previously sued another doctor for medical malpracitce?
